Jennifer Rule

Position: Buyer Agent

Years of Experience: 5 years

Years with the Team: 5 years

Background: I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I graduated from McCaskey High School. I then furthered my education at Millersville University where I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in History. Before getting my real estate license, I volunteered for a small, local non-profit organization. I have a wonderful toddler daughter that keeps me on my toes.

Personal Interests/Hobbies: I love to spend time with my 4-year-old daughter, exploring different cities, and cooking a variety of foods. Going to the beach is one of my favorite things to do. A hobby of mine is doing crossword puzzles.

Why did you choose Real Estate? I’ve always had a passion for Real Estate. I remember as a young girl, I would pick up Real Estate magazines at the grocery store to read. After high school, I wanted to go directly into Real Estate, but after solid advice from my father, I decided to get my B.A and get some ‘life experience’. Not only did I find it exciting to meet new people and reunite with old friends. But to help them find the home that they’re going to raise their families in, grow old in, invest in, or start their ‘adult life’ in. I get a thrill out of finding a property with a high-yielding return for my investor clients.

Favorite thing about being a part of The Brunner Burkhart Group: I love the comradery! It is like being in a large family – but you know you’re never alone. We all have each other’s backs and help one another when we can.

Favorite thing about Real Estate: The thrill of finding the right property for my buyers. Also, helping people achieve their goal of being a home owner.

Advice for potential buyers: Be educated! Use a realtor to help you with all of your buying and selling needs.
